  • Resumen

    The Project Manager role is crucial to the business success and continuity. Will be caring of client project. Will work with the client and areas of the agency from beginning to end, outlining tasks and deadlines.

    Will be working closely with the client to ensure projects are completed on time. Will be responsible to ensure everyone is doing the right thing at the right time.

    The role is a liaison between the other departments and IT team, locally, regionally and globally.  Acting as a bridge and solution oriented.   

    Responsabilidades

    • Coordinate and monitor all the project activity
    • Stakeholders Management
    • Scope management
    • Perform risk management plan
    • Client Service
    • Time Sheet control and monthly report
    • Launch, Training and Advocacy on Agile Methodologies among Squads, client and creative agency
    • Control deliveries of strategy, media planning, creative and development teams along with the Squad leaders;
    • Monitor the media deliveries of projects along with IT Cooordinator
    • Promote meetings between Squads and staketakeholders, other agencies and providers involved, assuring everyone is working in sync with the information defined in the briefing and scope
    • Discuss with the teams over lessons learned

      • Project management experience – deep understanding of processes, workflows, tools and methodologies
      • Agile and Scrum management methodologies
